Return Policy

For all return requests and questions please email us at customercare@gigicbikinis.com. Please read carefully to ensure eligibility:

  • If you’re not fully satisfied with your full-priced GIGI C Bikinis swimwear, please return it for a full refund to the original form of payment within 14 days of postal receipt.
  • Please be advised that we are not able to apply refunds to sale swimwear; this merchandise is final sale only.
  • We are unable to refund merchandise that has been washed, worn, damaged after receipt, or is missing its original GIGI C Bikinis hang tags.
  • Due to hygienic concerns, we are also not able to refund merchandise that is missing the protective sanitation strip. Before removing tags, please try our swimwear on over underwear with the sanitation strip intact.
  • Should you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Any delays in this regard may make the item ineligible for return.
  • Final approval on all returns is under the sole jurisdiction of GIGI C Bikinis. We reserve the right to reject any return that fails to fulfill our policy requirements. Rejected returns will be sent back to the customer. In the case that we identify an improper return pattern via electronic analysis, GIGI C Bikinis maintains the right to disallow or limit future transactions with involved clients.

To Return Merchandise by Mail:

  1. Log in to your account at www.gigicbikinis.com
  2. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by finding your order and verifying the item(s) you wish to return. Fill out the form. Once you’ve done this, an RMA number and Return Label will be emailed to you once approved.
  3. Complete the Merchandise Return Form portion of your Return Label, making sure to account for all items you are sending back.
  4. Pack your return, ensuring that all items are present.
  5. Before sealing, include a copy of your original Return Label and the Merchandise Return Form.
  6. Should you choose to return a deduction in the amount of $9 will be taken from your refund as payment for shipping & handling fees. Please make note of your return label tracking number, and leave your package at a UPS drop off location.
